Store Policies
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Time. Order processing will begin 24 hours after order has been placed to allow for cancellation time. Items will be shipped within 1-7 days after payment has been received. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipper chosen, the specific options selected, the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-14 day delivery time after payment is received, unless an Express form of shipping was selected.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Specific items, such as the Pockey 2-in-1 Game Table, will be shipped FOB, curbside delivery, and the customer will need to provide the manpower to move the item from the curb to its final destination. These items are clearly marked "FOB, curbside delivery" in their descriptions.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Cancellation Policy. If you choose to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours have passed, you should refer to and follow the Return Merchandise Policy to receive a refund.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. You must email the refund request, including your reason for return, to support@athomeandoutdoors.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), after which a return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be emailed back to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have an RA# issued before they are shipped back to us. Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received back in our facility. All non-defective merchandise returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: - Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box or package.
- Ship the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
- Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.
We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: - All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
You may request an exchange instead of a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Exchanges do not incur the restocking fee. Only one (1) exchange per item will be permitted.
We can not refund shipping costs. If you choose to return an item, the shipping charges you paid at checkout cannot be refunded to you. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
